About Imprimo Group
What is Imprimo Group?
Imprimo Group is the parent company of fourteen specialized print, promotional, apparel, signage, and direct mail brands. Rather than operating as a single generalist vendor, we bring together category specialists under one umbrella — so clients work with one account team but tap the right specialist brand for each piece of work.
How is working with a holding group different from working with a single print vendor?
A holding group structure means you get specialist depth in each category combined with the convenience of a single account relationship. Generic vendors handle every category at 70% of the depth a specialist would; our network specialists invest in the production equipment, supplier relationships, and operational expertise that generalists can't justify across a wide catalog.
Which Imprimo brand should I work with?
Start by visiting our Brands page to see the full network. If you're not sure which brand fits your project, just contact us — our account team will route you to the right specialist or coordinate across multiple brands for multi-format projects.
Ordering & Quotes
How do I get a quote?
Visit any brand page and click "Get a Quote", or use the contact form on the homepage. Tell us what you need (product, quantity, timeline), and we'll respond within 4 business hours with pricing and a recommended brand.
Do you have minimum order quantities?
Minimums vary by product and brand. Most digital print products have low minimums (50–100 pieces). Promotional products typically start at 50–100 units. Specialty items like large-format signage have no minimums. Quote requests will reflect any minimums for the specific product.
Can I get a sample before ordering?
Yes. We provide physical samples for promotional products, apparel decoration techniques, and paper stocks. For complex projects, we provide pre-production proofs (digital or hard-copy) before running the full order.
Do you offer rush production?
Yes — most categories support 24–48 hour rush production with rush fees. For events with hard deadlines, tell us upfront and we'll work backwards from your delivery date.
Can I reorder a previous job?
Yes. We keep your project files on record. Reorders typically run faster and at the same pricing (subject to material cost changes). Just reference your previous job number or describe the previous project.
Files & Design
What file formats do you accept?
Print-ready PDF (PDF/X-1a or PDF/X-4) is preferred. We also accept native Adobe Illustrator (AI), InDesign packaged (INDD), and Photoshop (PSD) files. For full specs, see our File Prep Specs page.
Do you offer design services?
Yes. Logo Tune-Up handles logo work and brand identity. Other Imprimo brands offer design services for the products they specialize in (business card design, brochure layout, signage layout, etc.). Tell us your project scope and we'll match you with the right design support.
What if my files aren't print-ready?
Our prepress team handles file prep — bleed adjustments, color conversion (RGB to CMYK), font outlining, image optimization. There's typically a small file prep fee on jobs that need significant cleanup, but most projects move smoothly through prepress without issue.
Do you keep my files on file for reorders?
Yes — we archive completed project files indefinitely. Reorders just reference the previous job and we pull the files.
Production & Turnaround
What's your standard turnaround?
Standard turnaround varies by product: business cards 24–48 hours, brochures and flyers 3–5 days, large-format banners 5–7 days, custom apparel 7–10 days, full direct-mail campaigns 7–14 days end-to-end. Each quote includes a specific turnaround estimate.
Do you offer same-day production?
For Las Vegas-area customers, Las Vegas Color Printing offers same-day rush production on many digital print jobs. Other markets: contact us with your deadline and we'll see what we can accommodate.
Can I track my order during production?
Yes — you'll receive proof approvals, production updates, and shipping tracking from your account manager throughout the project.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes — we ship to all 50 states. Most production happens at our Las Vegas-area facilities; ship times vary by destination.
Can I drop ship to multiple locations?
Yes. Multi-location drop ship is available on most product categories — useful for franchise rollouts, multi-store campaigns, and distributed teams. Provide a shipping list with the order.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes for Las Vegas-area orders. Pickup is available at our facilities by appointment.
Pricing
How is pricing structured?
Quotes are project-based and include all production costs (materials, decoration, finishing, packaging). Postage for direct mail is quoted separately. We're transparent about line items so you know what you're paying for.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes — significantly. Per-piece costs drop substantially at higher quantities. We'll always quote multiple quantity tiers so you can find the right balance for your budget.
Do you offer net terms for businesses?
Yes. Net-30 terms are available for established business accounts after a credit application. New customers typically pay 50% deposit / 50% on completion for the first project.
Quality & Returns
What if there's a problem with my order?
Tell us immediately. If we made an error in production (wrong color, wrong stock, wrong specs from your approved proof), we reprint at no charge. Resolution typically happens within the same business day of your call.
Do you guarantee color matching?
For Pantone (PMS) spot colors, yes — we run-match the spec. For CMYK process color, there's an inherent ±5% variance industry-wide. If color is critical to your brand, request Pantone runs for those specific colors.
What's your return policy?
Custom-printed items can't be resold and aren't returnable for non-defect reasons. Defects, production errors, or jobs that don't match your approved proof are reprinted at no charge.
