About the Role
We're hiring a Senior Account Manager to own a portfolio of Print2order's top commercial print accounts — multi-location enterprises, marketing agencies, and high-volume B2B clients. You'll be the single point of accountability for everything from quoting to production scheduling to customer success.
What You'll Do
- Manage a book of business worth $1.5M–$3M in annual revenue across 30–50 strategic accounts
- Run quarterly business reviews with each account, identifying expansion opportunities
- Coordinate with production, design, and logistics to ensure on-time, on-spec delivery
- Bring in our sister brands (Promo2order, Mail2order, InsegnaPro, Apparel2order) when account needs span beyond print
- Own renewal conversations and price increases
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in B2B sales or account management, ideally in print, promotional products, marketing services, or adjacent
- Demonstrated track record managing six-figure book of business
- Comfortable navigating production timelines and constraints
- Strong written and verbal communication — you'll be the customer's primary contact
- Located in or willing to relocate to Las Vegas (remote considered for the right candidate)
