About the Role
Our Mail2order brand needs a Direct Mail Operations Specialist to manage the day-to-day execution of direct mail campaigns. You'll be the postal expert on our team — managing client lists, running address validation, coordinating with USPS, and keeping campaigns moving on schedule.
What You'll Do
- Process client mailing lists: dedupe, NCOA, address validation, postal sortation
- Coordinate with the production floor on print timing for mail jobs
- Manage USPS drop-offs, postage payments, and postal documentation
- Handle EDDM campaigns end-to-end, including route selection
- Run weekly reporting on campaign volume and delivery performance
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years in direct mail operations, mailing services, or postal/logistics
- Knowledge of USPS classes, postal optimization, presort discounts
- Familiarity with mailing software (BCC Mail Manager, Quadient, or similar)
- Detail-oriented — postage discounts depend on accurate sortation
- USPS Mailpiece Design Professional certification preferred but not required
- Las Vegas location, on-site role
